Minimum Orders
General Items
- We require minimum total order of $500 for freight free despatch.
Exceptions
- Minimum total order is reduced to $300 for orders including ONLY Tickets and/or Telstra Pre-Paid value cards.
Freight charges will apply to orders below minimum totals.
Minimum pack quantities also apply to certain products.

Accounts
We have a variety of accounts available:
COD Account - "Simple"
- Cleared funds must be provided prior to despatch.
- Provide details and authorisation to charge a Credit Card
- We accept Visa and Mastercard, fee free.
- American Express attracts a processing fee.
- Alternatively, we accept payment via EFT to our account.
14 DAY Account - "Traditional"
- Please complete our 14 DAY Account Application form.
- Credit references are required.
21 DAY Direct Debit Account - "Automatic"
- Please complete our 21 DAY Direct Debit Account Application form.
- Bank account details and Direct Debit Authorisation required.

Dispatch & Delivery
Whenever possible, orders placed by 1pm EST will be dispatch same day via Australia Post.
(We use local couriers for some Melbourne metro destinations)
